What's the difference between a free account and HeroPlus?
A free account collects stamps on every completed job and lets you see your bookings in one place. HeroPlus ($9.99 a month) adds 20% off every booking with Bond Hero, Mowing Hero and Pest Hero, plus automatic entry into the monthly giveaway.
How do I sign in?
There's no password. Enter your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Bookings you've made with the same email or mobile appear in your account automatically.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Your member price keeps working until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Does the 20% member price stack with other offers?
No, you get whichever discount is bigger: your member price or the offer. Stamp card rewards are separate and always apply on top.
How do stamps work?
Each business has its own stamp card. You get one stamp for each completed job (not when you book). When a card is full, the reward is added to your account and applied to your next booking with that business automatically.
Do stamps expire?
Stamps and unused rewards stay on your account as long as it's open. If a job is cancelled before it's done, no stamp is added, and any reward you'd used on it goes back on your account.
