HeroPlus terms

HeroPlus is the account and membership program for the Hero family of businesses: Bond Hero, Mowing Hero and Pest Hero. These terms apply to free accounts and paid memberships. Each service you book is also covered by that business's own service terms.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Bookings made with the same email or mobile number are linked to your account. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in.

Paid membership

• Price: $9.99 per month (including GST), charged to your card through our payment provider, Square, when you join and then every month until you cancel.
• Automatic renewal: the membership renews automatically each month. We'll show the renewal date in your account.
• Cancelling: cancel any time from your account. There's no lock-in or cancellation fee. Your benefits continue until the end of the month you've paid for, and no further payments are taken. Partial months aren't refunded, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.
• Price changes: we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change, so you can cancel first if you don't want to continue.

Member price

Members get 20% off the price of each booking with Bond Hero, Mowing Hero and Pest Hero while their membership is active, when the booking is made with the email or mobile on their account. The member price doesn't combine with other discounts or promotional offers; you get whichever is bigger. It doesn't apply to bookings already paid for before you joined.

Stamp cards

• Each business has its own stamp card. You earn one stamp for each completed job with a price above $0. Stamps are added when the job is marked complete, not when it's booked.
• When a card is full, the reward shown on that card is added to your account and applied automatically to your next booking with that business, on top of any member price.
• If a job using a reward is cancelled, the reward goes back on your account. Rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred, and can't be exchanged for cash.
• We may change stamp card rewards in the future. Stamps and rewards you've already earned keep their value.

Giveaways

Each giveaway has its own terms on the giveaway page. Entry is always free, and paying for a membership never improves your chances.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing hello@heroplus.com.au. We may suspend an account that's used fraudulently.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
