HeroPlus is part of the Hero family of businesses (Bond Hero, Mowing Hero and Pest Hero), which share one customer system. We collect your name, email and mobile, the bookings you make with any Hero business, your stamps and rewards, your membership status, and giveaway entries.
How we use it
- To run your account, apply your member price and rewards, and show your bookings
- To sign you in by emailing you a one-time code
- To take membership payments, processed by Square. We don't store card numbers.
- To run giveaways and contact winners
- To send offers from the Hero family, only if you've agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Website statistics
We count visits with our own simple statistics tool. It uses a random ID stored in your browser rather than tracking cookies, doesn't record your IP address, and isn't shared with advertisers. Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in.
Who we share it with
Our email provider (to send sign-in codes and receipts), Square (for payments) and the people doing your jobs. We don't sell your information.
